many years researching Col. Philip Briscoe and his ancestors and
descendants. Much of the information regarding Col. Briscoe and his
daughter Judith as well as all information regarding his ancestors and

be repeated, although many of the sources cited by Mrs. Mitchell for her
data will be cited.
