Thomas A. Shuler
Thomas A. Shuler, 65, of Butler died Monday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital. Born Jan. 19, 1944, in Butler, he was a son of the late Daniel and Loretta (Trimbur) Shuler.
He had worked as a crane and saw operator for Marmon Keystone in East Butler for 31 years, retiring in 1999. He had enjoyed hunting and was an avid and very good golfer.
Surviving are his wife, Susan L. (Hindman) Shuler, whom he married May 5, 1967; a daughter, Kelly Shuler-Huba and her husband, Eric, of Butler; three grandchildren, Kaylee, Kameron and Khloe; a sister, Vivian Twyford of Pompano Beach, Fla.; and three brothers, Daniel (Joyce) Shuler of Owensboro, Ky., Robert Shuler of Butler and James (Rita) Shuler of Butler.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Kaeden Thomas Huba; and three brothers, Donald, Fred and Richard Shuler.
Shuler - There will be no visitation. Private services for Thomas A. Shuler, who died Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, will be held for his family. Cremation services provided by the Geibel Funeral Home, Butler.
