- According to Keith Brahms, Yossi was born in Israel (needs to be confirmed) and is a professor at UCLA with multiple advanced degrees in physics, biology, and chemistry. He has dedicated his life to the study of the eye and will likely retire in 2009/2010. His lab is located at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. He has worked with the World Health Organization and the National Institutes of Health.
