The following obituary was published in the July 31, 1950 edition of The Daily Republican (Monongahela, Pennsylvania):

MRS. MINNIE STOLDE [sic] GRABE

A resident of Ginger Hill for the past 23 years, Mrs. Minnie Caroline Stolde [sic] Grabe died at her home there yesterday at 3:30 a.m. following an 11-months' illness.

Born in Pittsburgh on November 28, 1866, the 83-year-old district resident is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Viola Steelman at home, Mrs. Stella Krebs and Mrs. Lillan Leechford of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Helen Haberland of Florida; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

Friends are being received at the Bebout & Yohe Co. Funeral Home, Chess and Second Streets, where funeral services will be held tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
