- MICHAEL G. CHARAPP, is a name partner in the law firm of Charapp & Weiss, LLP, with offices located in both the Richmond, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., areas. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Georgetown University School of Law (J.D. 1974), is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia.
