      Reichmuth George G

      George G. Reichmuth, 80; Final rites will he held here Friday for longtime Patterson resident George Gregory Reichmuth. He died Monday at Elness Convalescent Hospital in Turlock following a long illness. He was 80. A native of Fruitvale, he had lived here 62 years and was a self-employed farmer. A member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, he also was a charter and life member of the local chapter of the Knights of Columbus. A vigil will be held tonight, Thursday, at 7 o clock at Sacred Heart Church, where a Mass is scheduled for Friday at 10 a.m Burial in Patterson District Cemetery will follow. Visitation at the church will be Thursday from 5-7 p.m. Hillview Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Mary Reichmuth of Patterson; two sons, George and David Reichmuth, both of Patterson; a daughter, Jeanette Hayton of Visalia; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother. John Reichmuth of Patterson; and two sisters, Mary Haugen of Modesto and Josephine Truttman of Elk Grove. Remembrances should be sent to Sacred Heart School, 505 M St. Patterson.
