Notes |
- According to the Suelbeck, Schaumberg-Lippe church marriage register, Johann Heinrich Stolte, a bachelor and shoemaker, of No. 31, Wendthagen, the illegitimate son of Johann Frederich Stolte, No. 2, Ehlen, and Anne Sophie Dorothea Scholtteledreyer of Wendthangen, and 23 years old; and Marie Dorothea Wulf, daughter of Johann Heinrich Christian Wolf of Probsthagen and Engel Marie Glade, of Orhndorf No. 28, now citizens of Stadthagen, 23 years, 1 month old. Banns read 21st and 28th of November and 5th of December. Married December 12, 1824.
Shaumberg-Lippe was a former principality founded in 1613 and is now part of Lower Saxony. It undoubtedly included the towns of Probsthagen and Stadthagen (where Frederich's wife, Dorothea, was born and baptized) due to their proximity. Johann was a shoemaker.
