MILLER
THOMAS E.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2009, age 88, formerly of Hazelwood and Lincoln Place. Beloved husband of the late Loretta (Martine) and Mary Frances "Pam" (Delaney) Miller; cherished father of Susan and Walt Scott, Donna (Les) Darnell, Tim and Carol Miller; grandfather of Michael and Tim Scott, Loretta Siracusa, Les Darnell, Tom, Sam, Brittany and Max Miller, and the beloved late grandson Joseph Toth; brother of the late Bernard and Clarence Miller and Peggy Madalina; loving uncle of Sr. Mary Victor Powers S.C., Geri Green and Lisa Kent; also survived by two great grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4, 6-8pm in the EDWARD P. KANAI FUNERAL HOME, 500 Greenfield Ave. where Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00am. Mr. Miller was a WWII Army vet who was awarded two bronze stars and was also a retired City of Pittsburgh police officer with 29 years of service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
