      BRIAN J. HERSHORIN (Miami, Florida; August 15, 1979) received his B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a concentration in mathematics and marketing in 2001. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University College of Law in 2004 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2005. Mr. Hershorin is a member of the Florida Bar.

      Mr. Hershorin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Florida Land Trust, Inc., and is a frequent lecturer on the topic of Conservation Easements. He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, including income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax. He also represents and advises clients with regard to matters pertaining to closely-held businesses, including entity selection, business succession planning, and related estate and tax planning issues.
